I've just realized how different ACF prayer meetings are from any other corporate prayer time that I've experienced. It's so wonderful just to sit and listen for the Holy Spirit to move us, to burden us to pray for each other, and not praying for our own burdens. I think all our problems diminish and seem petty once we focus on His Will. We were at Rob's yesterday, and we worshipped, prayed, and shared with one another. Here is the main difference, we prayed, then shared. I've been so used to sharing before praying, so that we know what to pray for. But by switching it around, we rely solely on the Holy Spirit to compell us to pray for certain things. After we shared, I realized we have been praying for those exact things, burdens, and visions others had. How amazing is that?
