I'm sitting here at a library computer, munching on this new limited edition of Humpty Dumpty's Fries and Gravy chips. Mmm, it's not bad. They've got the fries taste hands down, since it's potato, but the gravy part isn't very distinguishable. Maybe I haven't had enough gravy in my life yet. Reminds me of the Hong Kong chips brand, Calbee.
Hannah, I can't post w/o publishing, so I'll do it here. Praise the Lord!
I've learned a lesson too yesterday. I tired to get my roommate to come to my church's evangelistic meeting, but she refused w/o giving much of a reason, I wanted to press her for a reason, b/c I was disappointed. But the Holy Spirit nudged me and said, 'in His time'. I realize that I wanted things to happen on my time, my schedule, but God is in control, all we have to do is trust and obey, and let God be God.

Camp was fun. But now I'm suffering the consequences. I have this really big, ugly, montrous bite on my left foot. It's swollen, and spread to twice it's size. It's infected, and was pussing a couple of days ago. If I even try to scratch it a bit, it burns like there's no tomorrow. The doctor didn't even know what it is, but he just prescribed some cortisone cream that 'might' help. My face, neck, hands, and legs are itchy and bumpy too. This is due to putting on sunscreen that caused an allergic reaction. Soo uncomfortable! ahhhhh....these sores are mocking me, saying, 'resistance is futile'. Wish I have ice packs to rub my face with. This is probably about a mere fraction of what Job had experienced.

yay, it's almost the weekend! Going to camp again, at Balsam Lake, again. =) Yesterday was the TD reading club wrap-up party. For two hours, I had over 90 kids; we played musical statues, Outburst Junior, and Lifeguard/Jellyfish/Walrus (which is a spin-off of rock/paper/scissors but with running and tagging involved) I had fun. A little girl actually bought me a gift, it was very sweet.
My parents bought a new house yesterday, so that means we're moving. *sniff* I don't wanna move! We've only lived in this current home for 4 years, it hasn't even been broken into yet! Fortunately, this new home is only like 400 metres south of where I live now, and it's right beside my sister's high school.

My aunt's family came over to visit from Connecticut, just in time for the power outage! lol. Thurs. night was fun tho. We had a BBQ w/ chicken wings, Italian sausages, calamari etc. Then we had a jam session by candlelight/flashlight. It seems like we're almost camping. And I got to see a shooting star too! Got the day off work on Friday, then went to a wedding on Sat. On Sunday, went paintballing w/ church ppl. = ) Quite fun. Didn't hurt as much as indoors (b/c it was much more close range) Only got 3 bruises. Got to give some ppl bruises too. =P
Feeling drowsy now, wish I had a car/ or an office to nap in during lunch hour!

Ugh. I hate it when all this 'mah fan' stuff happens in the workplace. A 21 yr-old volunteer at the library gave me a letter. Actually, he was too shy and asked my supervisor to give it to me instead. How wack is that? Oh the embarrassment. In it was him asking me out or something, I didn't really pay much attention to it, or remember what I had read. Then he continues on to ask other employees of what they think, like if we're compatible with each other or not. As you can probably tell, he's not the 'usual' guy that tries to pick-up girls. He has a slight mental disorder, and other social problems which means I have to be extra careful in 'letting him down gently'. Luckily, I only have 2.5 weeks left of work!

Feeling a little under the weather. Or maybe it's b/c I'm suffering from chocolate withdrawal. = P Time to whip out my spoon and run for the Nutella.......mmmm. It's the only source of chocolate I have at home right now, isn't that scary?

HAPPY BIRTHDAY CONNIE! (I don't know if you even read this blog=) But I hope it was a blast at Times Square Sat. night.

I'm soo tired. Slept really late last night, cuz 2 of my best friends slept over. Haven't had girl talk in such a long time, so lots of catching up to do. Right after church today, I went to Wonderland w/ my 2nd sista! Thanks to my 2nd bro for the super duper unbelieveably cheap tickets! The weather was great, got to go to Splash Works for the 1st time in 8 years. It's still so much fun! The Lazy river, the Plunge, Black Hole, wave pool. Everything was great. Didn't go on too many coasters, heheh. But did go on the Minebuster, the Fly, and Drop Zone (the most exciting thing I've experienced; even tho it's like my 4th time on it, the sensation's still the same) ahhh.....now to wrap up a wonderful day with zzzzzz......

Sometimes the Lord asks you to do something that you don't wish to do. It's hard because I know I'm supposed to obey, but this obedience is difficult to carry out. I feel a little like Jonah, trying to come up with excuses and avoid it completely, but I know He's calling me to do this, so I trust that the Holy Spirit will give me strength.

Had an interesting weekend. Lots of ups and downs, happy times, not so happy times. But in the end, it was worth it. Started my weekend with the ACF camping trip to Balsam Lake. Hurray! Played capture the flag in the dark at the beach for the first time; scary but fun. =) The weather was nearly perfect. It only rained for an afternoon, and the days were warm, and nights were cool. It was excellent. Loved the campfires, singspiration and sharing. Great time of fellowship, of bean, German bridge etc.
Unfortunately two brothers were in a car accident on the way up to camp. God was merciful, b/c their lives were spared, and we pray for a full recovery.
